Job summary

Hogan Lovells in Washington, DC seeks an IT Business Analyst to help internal clients improve processes and realize IT-enabled benefits. You will elicit requirements, document workflows, and support project delivery across IT with governance and QA input.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira, and experience with both Agile and Waterfall methods. Core hours are Monday–Friday, with compensation in the stated range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience as a business analyst in change and/or project environments.
Experience on IT projects and familiarity with Waterfall and Agile.
Experience in a law firm or professional services environment desirable.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar PM tools.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Elicits business requirements for information applications and data management.
Represents client interests through the application lifecycle and analyzes processes.
Delivers customer artifacts and assists with third-party/cloud software delivery.
Collaborates with stakeholders to develop business cases and benefits realization plans.
Sources, evaluates, and selects solutions matching business requirements.
