Job summary

Rubenstein Law seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business teams with IT, translating needs into technical requirements and coordinating technology initiatives. The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem-solving, and handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with department leaders and end users to understand goals, document requirements, and drive projects from planning through adoption of new tools.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in business analysis or IT project coordination.
• Experience gathering requirements with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong follow-through to drive projects to completion.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems and BI/reporting tools.
• PM/Agile certifications are beneficial.
• Legal or professional services experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between business departments and IT.
• Partner with leaders and end users to understand goals, workflows, and needs.
• Gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable specs.
• Coordinate IT projects with timelines, milestones, priorities, risks and deliverables.
• Maintain visibility into project status and next steps.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and adoption of new tools and changes.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
