Job summary

Wolverine Staffing seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join the Application Services team in a hybrid environment. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and help design IT solutions aligned with business goals in a long-term contract.

The role requires 4+ years of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and familiarity with SDLC, Azure DevOps, SharePoint Online, and Salesforce. Onsite presence 2 days per week is expected in Pontiac, MI.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing process re-engineering and developing business requirements.
• Proficient in creating use cases and test scripts using industry practices.
• Understanding of IT concepts and SDLC methodology.
• Able to multi-task across projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
• Assist programmers by clarifying user needs and adapting procedures to final design.
• Organize and facilitate application testing and user acceptance to meet business needs.
• Provide second/third level support for Production incidents and coordinate with vendors.
• Support multiple applications and participate in upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements.
