Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Business Analyst IT to analyze business processes, elicit requirements, and drive IT projects using agile methods. The role coordinates with technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

You will serve as Scrum Master/PM as needed and partner with Enterprise Solution Architects to ensure successful deployments, driving continuous process improvement and SDLC adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related studies preferred.
• 3+ years of related IT experience, including requirements gathering and IT project support.
• Salesforce certification(s) a plus (Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator).
• Knowledge of MuleSoft or Enterprise Integration Strategies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and future business processes to propose technical solutions, cost-benefit analyses, and scope estimates.
• Gather requirements via workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement to translate into epics and user stories.
• Advise stakeholders on platform best practices and feature adoption with technical leads.
• Serve as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager when needed, including agile ceremonies and deployment planning.
• Prioritize issues, risks, and decisions to ensure project success and maintain documentation.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence/Box and other tools; support change management.
