Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join the IT Solutions team and drive analyzing and documenting complex business processes. You will break down needs into epics and user stories, facilitate acceptance criteria, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful IT solutions.

The role requires strong communication, process documentation, and experience with Salesforce, JIRA/Confluence, and process tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related studies preferred.
• Six or more years of related experience, including at least three years supporting business software and IT implementations as a Business SME or Product Owner.
• Salesforce certification(s) a plus (Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator).
• Knowledge of MuleSoft or Enterprise Integration Strategies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify deficiencies, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain knowledge and documentation across key features and systems as a SME.
• Gather requirements via workshops and translate needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own or facilitate UAT to ensure release readiness and support QA test strategy.
• Present scope, cost-benefit analyses, and solution assessments to leadership.
