Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related studies preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience including two or more years supporting IT with systems implementations as a Business SME or Product Owner.
• Salesforce certification(s) a plus.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft or Enterprise Integration Strategies are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce, Data Warehousing, or Data Analytics is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough assessments of current-state and future-state business processes to establish technical solutions, cost-benefit analyses, and scope estimations.
• Gather requirements by conducting process workshops, discovery sessions, and backlog refinement to translate into accurate and meaningful epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Advise business stakeholders on platform best practices and standard feature adoption by working with technical leads and the Enterprise Solution Architect.
• Perform role of Scrum Master and/or Project Manager as needed, undertake duties such as leading agile ceremonies, creating project plans, reporting project status across the organization, planning and facilitating end-to-end UAT activities, and creating deployment and cutover plans.
• Prioritize and track all issues, risks, action items and decisions to resolution, escalating as needed to ensure project success.
• Builds and maintains process and project documentation in Confluence/Box and other tools as adopted by the organization
• Facilitate change management in areas affected by development activities. Evaluate system changes for downstream system and/or organizational impact.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with key internal clients and other team members.
• Maintain state-of-the-art knowledge of related systems and techniques, including evaluation of computer hardware and software. Initiate or assist in the research, evaluation, and selection of new system software, as directed.
• Adhere to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology and compliance obligations.
• Promote and demonstrate the behaviors consistent with CoreSite’s culture and Guiding Principles.
