Advance Business Capital is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge IT and business operations. The role includes defining business requirements, managing projects with Agile methodologies, and collaborating with various teams to ensure timely project execution.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of project management experience or 4 years as a Business Analyst, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years project management experience or 4+ years Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with agile implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business and customer needs with subject matter experts.
• Develop system acceptance test plans in collaboration with technical teams.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies and ensure timely execution.
