Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an IT Business Analyst to analyze business processes, elicit requirements, and own delivery. You will work with diverse teams to gather requirements, write epics and acceptance criteria, and guide platform adoption.

A mix of Scrum Master and PM duties may apply, with emphasis on data-driven decision making and change management. The role expects collaboration across IT and business units, leveraging Salesforce, data analytics, and integration skills in an adaptive software

Qualifications

3+ years IT Business Analyst/PM/PO experience with business software.
Experience supporting IT with systems implementations as SME/PO.
Salesforce certification(s) a plus and integration knowledge.
Strong at translating business needs into epics and user stories.

Responsibilities

Analyze current and future business processes; assess technical solutions.
Gather requirements via workshops; translate into epics and acceptance criteria.
Advise on platform best practices and feature adoption with architects.
Act as Scrum Master or Project Manager as needed; lead agile ceremonies.
Maintain project docs in Confluence/Box; track risks and status.
Facilitate change management and evaluate downstream impact.
Build strong relationships with internal clients and teams.
Adhere to SDLC and compliance; promote CoreSite culture.
