Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an IT Business Analyst with strong skills in business process analysis, requirements elicitation, and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

The role includes product ownership, project management and/or Scrum Master duties, with emphasis on agile delivery and UAT planning, in a dynamic software environment. Candidates should be comfortable with change and ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related studies preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience, including IT with systems implementations as a Business SME or Product Owner.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough assessments of current-state and future-state business processes to establish technical solutions and cost-benefit analyses.
• Gather requirements by conducting workshops and discovery sessions to translate into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Advise stakeholders on platform best practices and feature adoption with technical teams and the Enterprise Solution Architect.
• Serve as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager, lead agile ceremonies, create project plans and report status.
• Prioritize issues, risks and decisions to resolution, escalating as needed.
