Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of functional specs, designs, wireframes, and process maps.
• Document As-Is and To-Be processes and align with stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts and foster collaboration across IT and the business.
• Collaborate with external vendors to meet objectives within budget and timeline.
