Job summary

TeamPeople, a division of System One, seeks an IT Audio Visual Specialist to bridge IT and AV, supporting mission-critical AV operations, engineering and broadcast environments with secure, reliable infrastructure.

You will work with AV engineers, IT security, and project engineers to strengthen system resilience, manage vulnerabilities, and enable seamless collaboration technologies; monitor MAM workflows and configure Vantage, Lightspeed, and MAM servers, with after-hours maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years IT systems, networking, or AV/IT integration experience
• Hands-on experience with server configuration, virtualization, and workflow management tools
• Hybrid IT/AV expertise preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ITD network engineers to support AV networking requirements
• Identify IT problems affecting AV performance and resolve with IT coordination
• Act as super administrator for AV applications with ITD
• Guide network teams on static routes, ACLs, and security controls per manufacturer
• Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities across AV and broadcast systems with IT security
• Monitor MAM workflows and manage Vantage, Lightspeed, and MAM servers; maintenance
• Manage Crestron Fusion and Biamp SageVue for onboarding and DNS/IP management
• Occasionally perform after-hours maintenance
