Job summary

TeamPeople seeks an experienced audiovisual operations professional to support multi-media systems and events across campus and off-site venues. You will troubleshoot, set up, and maintain audio/visual equipment, ensuring high-quality production during major events and corporate communications.

The role requires strong technical and administrative skills, customer-focused service, and the ability to work with executives. Excellence in project coordination and vendor collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical and administrative skills.
  • Self-motivated with a focus on quality customer service.
  • Able to interact professionally with executives and dignitaries.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Empathic communicator who understands customer perspectives.
  • Proficient on Mac and PC platforms and MS Office.
  • Familiar with software for job tracking, trouble tickets, and video networks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support and leadership for multi-media systems and events.
  • Troubleshoot, deliver, set up, and maintain AV equipment for on/off campus events.
  • Support live production, video conferencing, and post-production tasks as needed.
  • Manage scheduling of resources and coordination with vendors for major events.
  • Train and mentor event support team members and collaborate with leadership.
