Job summary
Tyto Athene, LLC is seeking a Senior Level Audio-Visual/Multimedia Engineer to support a government customer with full lifecycle AV/MM design, integration, and maintenance. You will work as part of a team delivering UC-related architecture, engineering services, project management, and support for current and future AV capabilities across multiple sites.
The role requires extensive Crestron programming, VidCAD/CAD experience, and leadership of AV/MM engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required; 9 years AV/MM experience may substitute for degree.
- Five years' experience in VidCAD or CAD in past seven years is required.
- CTS certification and/or CTS-Installation/CTS-Design training.
- Minimum 10 years' Crestron programming within the last 15 years.
- Minimum three years' experience leading AV/MM engineers on scheduling and PM.
- Seven years' AV/MM engineering across at least 10 skill sets with two maintenance areas.
Responsibilities
- Prepare operational guides for AV/MM systems.
- Train government customers in proper use of AV/MM systems.
- Provide Tier I support for AV/MM systems and issue resolution.
- Manage configuration and operation of AV/MM systems daily.
- Coordinate hardware installations across multiple sites.
- Develop AVMM installation schedules based on delivery and priorities.
- Prepare drawings documenting as-built configurations and test results.
