Responsibilities:

1. Support IT SOX implementation with a strong understanding of SOX requirements and diverse systems.
2. Navigate conversations around GITCs/ITACs and support remediation implementation.
3. Conduct detailed walkthroughs, test the design, and evaluate the operating effectiveness of IT controls, focusing on Royalty systems and other applications.
4. Clearly document walkthrough outcomes, take notes, and facilitate discussions on GITCs and ITACs.
5. Navigate technology stacks and challenge information to ensure compliance.
6. Participate in in-depth interviews to demonstrate practical experience and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• CISA certification preferred.
• Required: IT SOX experience.
• Ability to navigate different system types and understand documentation and SOX readiness.
• Knowledge of risk and remediation specific to SOX.
• Ability to work independently.

Additional Details:

• Location: Remote, preferably in California; flexibility for 1-2 hours time difference.
• Pay Rate: $70 - $108 USD hourly.
• Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level.
