Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Sr. Proposal, Contracts, and Data Privacy Consultant

Type: Contract (1099 preferred, W2 accepted)

Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time (20–40 hours/week)

Rate: $40–$60/hour (flexible based on experience)

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sr. Consultant who thrives in a hands-on role and brings a unique blend of contracts expertise, proposal development experience, and data privacy awareness. This is a highly collaborative role that will work across departments to ensure timely and compliant delivery of proposals and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development

• Coordinate and compile client proposals using existing templates.
• Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary inputs.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality proposals that align with business development goals.

Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor and client agreements.
• Incorporate appropriate data privacy and protection language into contracts.
• Collaborate with internal legal and compliance teams for final approvals.

Data Privacy Support

• Ensure contracts include appropriate data protection clauses.
• Stay informed on evolving data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Training available for candidates strong in contracts but newer to data privacy.

What We’re Looking For

• CRO Experience is a Must – ideally in Phase II/III trials.
• Proven ability to manage proposals and contracts independently.
• Familiarity with data privacy language in contracts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Word and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in both small and large CROs preferred.
• JD or Paralegal background is a plus, but not required.
