Qualifications

• Ability to provide technical support across multiple facilities.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and basic programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer hardware and software across multiple facilities.
• Assist employees with technical issues by phone, in person, or electronically.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software as needed.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
• Maintain printer toner inventory and request additional supplies when needed.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available company resources.
• Support day-to-day IT needs and help ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly.
