You don't need prior IT experience; we value aptitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. The role offers hands-on exposure to IT operations, hardware, and user support in a small team. This is a great entry point for building foundational IT skills and growing with the company.
We are looking for a smart, organized, tech-savvy person to join our team as an IT Operations Assistant.
This is an entry-level position, and no prior IT experience or formal technical training is required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with computers, learns quickly, follows instructions carefully, and enjoys figuring things out.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on exposure to IT, systems administration, hardware, and business technology while learning on the job.

Naturally good with technology
Organized and detail-oriented
Able to follow multi-step instructions accurately
Comfortable working independently
Good at troubleshooting simple problems
Reliable and professional

Experience building computers, helping friends or family with technology, working with electronics, or independently learning technical skills is a plus, but not required.
This is not just a data-entry position. You will get hands-on experience with real business IT operations and have the opportunity to learn about computer provisioning, user administration, hardware management, software systems, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure.
For someone who is curious and motivated, there is a lot to learn and room to grow.
