Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4 years of experience in PC, networking, and large systems, with at least 2 years in software systems analysis.
• Ability to understand and communicate with diverse technical teams.
• Knowledge of fiscal budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a tech team to provide a stable computing environment.
• Implement and maintain end point technology and cross-platform solutions.
• Support collaboration and presence technologies for end users.
• Establish standard OS builds and delivery methodologies.
• Assist in management of third-party support contracts for hardware/software.
• Prepare and present technical reports to management.
