Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provides tier one support for all computers and software within the school district.
Performs upgrades to hardware and software as identified by senior IT staff.
Uses a work-order tracking system for routine repair and maintenance of equipment.
Refers complex problems to higher level technical support.
Maintains site licenses and user administration for specified software within the assigned facilities.
Maintains inventory control procedures for technology equipment within the assigned facilities.
Attends classes and seminars to enhance knowledge of equipment, operating systems, and application software.
Performs any other work assignments, as assigned.
