Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Admin/IT or related field required; six years IT leadership/IT support in public safety or courts setting.
• Four years of managerial or supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Specialized experience with ITIL, Six Sigma, or SCRUM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate staff; schedule work; manage performance and discipline as appropriate.
• Organize and prioritize work; provide resources and progress reports to management.
• Manage division budgets; align projects with strategic plans; monitor industry trends.
• Oversee project lifecycles; set priorities; recommend tech changes to meet needs.
• Develop and enforce standards and procedures for data management and publication.
