Job summary

SmartBank is hiring an IT Resource Technician to support, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair bank IT systems and devices. You will assist with procurement, deployment, and asset lifecycle across branches, ensuring reliable operations and WOW experiences for internal clients.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, strong customer service, and the ability to manage assets and coordinate with vendors. Some after-hours work and travel to branch locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent certification.
• 2–3 years’ experience in LAN/WAN operation including workstations and peripherals.
• Knowledge of computer-based systems concepts and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer and technical support to associates on-site and remotely.
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, software, and related tech.
• Manage technology assets: inventory, deployment, return, disposal.
• Support Intune device deployments and workstation management.
• Install and troubleshoot Teams Rooms and collaboration tech.
• Respond to service requests within SLAs.
• Deploy new equipment across branches and offices.
• Diagnose hardware/software/OS issues and coordinate repairs.
