Job summary

City Bank is seeking an IT TAG I Technician to provide first-call resolutions for internal customers. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and assist with configuring and provisioning IT assets for hardware refreshes.

You may participate in on-site support and onboarding/off-boarding for network access, while maintaining accurate hardware records and supporting SLA/KPI targets.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal customers seeking technology and end-user support/assistance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues on computers, laptops, mobile devices and other tech.
• Create and update cases in the internal ticketing system; escalate when needed.
• Maintain clear communication with team, end users, and management.
• Assist with desktop administration tasks including imaging, asset management, and software/hardware upgrades.
• Install, move, or configure IT assets such as computers, printers, projectors, scanners and other peripherals.
