Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Technology Services Implementation Specialist. The role focuses on IT asset management, deployment and execution of ITAM initiatives, including receiving, configuring, installing, deploying and decommissioning assets such as computers, printers, servers, and other end-user peripherals.

Responsibilities include inventory maintenance, training users, supporting projects, and ensuring cybersecurity practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six years of experience with computers, printers and network hardware.
• Experience with Windows Server environments, SCCM and AD.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and hold a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel.
• A+ or MCSE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configures and installs computer hardware, software, printers, scanners, servers, and peripherals.
• Maintains accurate inventory of computer assets throughout the lifecycle.
• Provides training and technical assistance to users.
• Supports Facilities and Business Unit projects.
• Travels frequently including overnight.
• Ensures compliance with risk management, cybersecurity practices, and change management.
• Assists in installing and supporting core network infrastructure.
