State of Oklahoma is seeking an IT Asset Supervisor to lead the IT asset management team within the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES). You will oversee software/hardware lifecycle, enforce ITAM policies, and serve as the first escalation point for asset-related issues.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, collaboration with IT leadership, and adherence to governance standards, with a compensation up to $75,000 depending on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM and ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to IT asset management staff, including work assignment and daily guidance.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build skills and knowledge.
• Monitor employee performance and support performance management processes.
• Ensure staffing coverage and timely completion of tasks.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team culture.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff.
