Job summary

Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) in Oklahoma City seeks an IT Asset Supervisor to lead the IT asset management team. You will supervise staff, enforce ITAM policies, and coordinate with IT leadership to optimize technology spend and asset utilization.

Strong ServiceNow ITAM/ITSM experience and ITIL knowledge are preferred. This is a full-time position with generous leave and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education must meet listed requirements or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT asset management leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to IT asset management staff and guide daily operations.
• Oversee day-to-day IT asset management activities and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams on asset governance and spend optimization.
• Oversee data integrity and reporting for asset metrics and audits.
• Lead training initiatives to improve asset management practices.
