Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking an IT Asset Management professional in McLean, VA to lead hardware lifecycle governance across corporate and jobsite locations. You will collaborate with the IT Asset Program Manager to implement ITIL-aligned processes, optimize the ServiceNow CMDB, and manage vendor relationships for rapid deployment and cost control.

The role emphasizes data integrity, budgeting support with Finance, compliant disposal practices, and reporting KPIs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT Asset Management with increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of ITAM/ITIL frameworks.
• Strong ITAM/CMDB experience (ServiceNow preferred) and data analysis.
• Experience managing third‑party logistics vendors and enforcing SLAs.
• Clear communication of IT and financial concepts to varied audiences.
• Self-starter able to work independently and drive results.
• Meticulous data analysis and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on ITAM framework development aligned with ITIL for hardware lifecycle.
• Establish and enforce hardware asset management procedures and SLAs with internal teams and external vendor.
• Optimize CMDB data integrity in ServiceNow and conduct audits.
• Monitor hardware stock, forecast needs with Finance and Procurement, and assist budgeting.
• Ensure disposal processes are secure and auditable; manage data destruction certs.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to report asset status to senior leadership.
