Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Analyst to mature and manage our enterprise IT Asset Management program across corporate offices and job sites. You will oversee vendor relationships, enforce asset policies, and ensure CMDB data integrity within ServiceNow.

You will collaborate with IT, procurement, and finance to forecast needs, optimize inventory, and drive cost savings while maintaining compliance across a highly mobile workforce and multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an IT Asset Management role with increasing responsibility.
• ITIL framework knowledge and ITAM/CMDB experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow and data analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Program development and governance of ITAM framework aligned with ITIL.
• Vendor management and SLA enforcement with external logistics partner.
• CMDB data integrity audits and reconciliations with vendor reports.
