Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an IT Asset Management Technician I to support offboarding and asset recovery. You will own the day-to-day returns workflow for departing employees, contractors, and interns, ensuring devices are recovered, verified, secured, and returned to service quickly.

You will also assist IT audits to keep asset records accurate. You will collaborate with the Asset Administrator, People Business Partners, managers, and regional IT teams, handling inventory and deployments as

Qualifications

• Soft skills: eager, motivated, collaborative, reliable, customer-focused.
• Organization & follow-through: manage many open cases, track deadlines, follow up until closed.
• Attention to detail: verify serial numbers and match records.
• Inventory control: maintain accurate inventory counts and asset records.
• Discretion: handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
• Physical capability: lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Offboarding & Returns: manage offboarding cases, confirm devices, track return method and location.
• Return Logistics: issue shipping labels, QR codes, arrange boxes, track shipments.
• Receiving & Verification: receive devices, verify serials, update asset system same day.
• Data & Device Security: follow data preservation and legal-hold procedures before wipe.
• Return Tracking: keep tracker current, report outstanding devices.
• Volume Surges: support high-volume departures and refresh programs.
