Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a talented solution business support to deliver seamless IT solutions for enterprise customers in the Plano area. You will own operations for resource and workspace management, collaborating across product, engineering, and marketing to drive value for internal users and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, documenting market needs, and contributing to competitive strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preferred experience or understanding of product management and enterprise SaaS product support.
• Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English, and Korean).

Responsibilities

• Operate and support CR2 (Common Resource Registry) and MMS (Managed Mobility Service) for internal customers and users.
• Coordinate with system teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations.
• Identify and document market needs, translating insights into product features in partnership with engineering teams.
• Gather and assess product and market data through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users.
• Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to identify opportunities to expand mobility and workspace management solutions.
• Analyze competitive landscape and contribute to competitive strategy development.
• Create, update, and maintain solution documentation, including user manuals, marketing materials, and operational reports.
