Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Track IT assets, troubleshoot inventory data discrepancies, and perform asset reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Perform routine analytical tasks related to IT equipment.
• Review inventory data, including customer assignments, locations, descriptions, quantity levels, and other asset management information.
• Update software profiles to help ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Perform inspections and general technical analysis of IT inventory data.
• Use IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools, systems, and applications to track and manage accurate records of IT hardware inventory and software licenses.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the Legislative Data Center (LDC).
