Job summary

Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) is seeking an IT Asset Analyst to oversee inventory, warehousing, and deployment readiness for the organization’s IT assets. The role supports post-procurement logistics, cycle counts, and asset disposition while maintaining data security and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of general work experience with 2+ years in warehouse or supply chain settings and a solid understanding of IT hardware.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general work experience.
• 2+ years in a warehouse/supply chain role is a plus.
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle and disposition is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inventory, and warehouse incoming equipment
• Pick, pack, and ship stock to fulfill IT equipment requisitions
• Process, document, and pack returned equipment for disposal
• Prepare IT equipment for deployment
• Pre-deployment of IT equipment using imaging deployment software
• Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts
• Assist as needed in the ITAM lifecycle tracking
• Maintains confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ARH information
• Complies with applicable internal and external policies, standards, laws, and regulations related to ARH information
• Performs other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required or assigned
