The role supports post-procurement logistics, cycle counts, and asset disposition while maintaining data security and policy compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of general work experience with 2+ years in warehouse or supply chain settings and a solid understanding of IT hardware.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general work experience.
• 2+ years in a warehouse/supply chain role is a plus.
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle and disposition is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inventory, and warehouse incoming equipment
• Pick, pack, and ship stock to fulfill IT equipment requisitions
• Process, document, and pack returned equipment for disposal
• Prepare IT equipment for deployment
• Pre-deployment of IT equipment using imaging deployment software
• Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts
• Assist as needed in the ITAM lifecycle tracking
• Maintains confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ARH information
• Complies with applicable internal and external policies, standards, laws, and regulations related to ARH information
• Performs other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required or assigned

Overview

The IT Asset Analyst is responsible for assisting with all aspects of IT Asset Management including post procurement logistics, warehousing, monitoring and reporting inventory, and disposition of assets.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inventory, and warehouse incoming equipment
• Pick, pack, and ship stock to fulfill IT equipment requisitions
• Process, document, and pack returned equipment for disposal

Qualifications

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• An Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Equivalent experience and education may be considered.
• Certifications in relevant technologies may be substituted for an Associate’s Degree.

Experience

• 5+ years of general work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse/supply chain role is a plus.
