Job summary

Liberty Healthcare Management is seeking an experienced IS Asset Management Procurement Specialist to oversee procurement requests and asset inventory. You will manage software-based asset tracking, ensure proper sanitation of returned equipment, and maintain policies and vendor relationships.

The role involves organizing warehouse flow, forecasting inventory needs, and coordinating shipping and disposal of obsolete assets, with attention to process compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in asset management and procurement workflows.
• Familiarity with asset tracking through software and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL asset management is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement requests through the Service Desk.
• Track and maintain asset inventory and perform sanitation on returns.
• Record asset movement in asset management software and maintain policies.
• Organize inventory location and check-in/check-out processes.
• Forecast future inventory needs based on projects and requirements.
• Coordinate shipping and handling of equipment to locations.
• Receive shipments and process returns to vendors.
• Maintain vendor relationships and dashboards for asset continuity.
