Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets through their full lifecycle.
• Track assets from acquisition to disposal and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee procurement of technology assets and manage POs, lead times, and inventory receipts.
• Develop repeatable asset-management processes and governance standards.
• Create reports and dashboards to support technology, security, procurement, and vendor decisions.
