Qualifications

• Five or more years in IT asset management or IT operations.
• Experience owning asset data in an enterprise tool.
• Experience implementing or operating ITAM in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of endpoint discovery and data normalization.

Responsibilities

• Own daily/weekly reconciliation between discovery data, endpoint tooling, and procurement records.
• Track and drive resolution of unaccounted, missing, and stale assets.
• Maintain accurate stock, locations, and asset status data.
• Process asset transactions with defined service levels.
• Publish asset management scorecards and reports.
