Job summary

Corporate Technologies LLC is seeking an IT Equipment Manager to coordinate and manage the lifecycle of customer IT equipment, including receiving, inventory control, setup, and disposition. You will work with accounts, technical teams, vendors, and operations to ensure accurate records and smooth deployments.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with IT equipment and asset management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree, technical training, or relevant IT experience preferred.
• Experience with IT equipment, inventory management, shipping/receiving, IT asset management, desktop support, or similar responsibilities preferred.
• Working knowledge of common business IT equipment (laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, mobile devices, peripherals).
• Basic understanding of Windows workstation setup and configuration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately maintain equipment, inventory, and transaction records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and other business applications.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests and follow tasks through completion.
• Strong customer-service mindset and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the lifecycle of customer IT equipment from receiving to final disposition.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, Account Management, technical teams, vendors, and operations.
• Maintain accurate equipment and inventory records across multiple customers.
• Provide equipment and inventory support to Account Management and Operations; resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and equipment-status questions.
