Job summary

AAON, Inc. is seeking an IT Asset Coordinator to maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle. You will track procurement, deployment, usage, maintenance, and disposal while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

You will work with IT, procurement, and finance to keep asset records up to date, perform periodic audits, and generate reports on usage and compliance. A degree and 2+ years in asset management are required.

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years in IT asset management, inventory control, or IT support roles.
ITIL, CompTIA A+, CITAM or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets using asset management tools.
Coordinate procurement, receiving, deployment, and return of IT equipment.
Monitor and reconcile asset records with physical inventory and financial systems.
Track software licenses, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
Manage the asset lifecycle from acquisition through disposal.
Work with IT, procurement, and finance to keep asset records up to date.
Assist in periodic physical audits of IT equipment.
Generate reports on asset usage, lifecycle status, and compliance metrics.
Support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning and reclaiming IT equipment.
Coordinate repairs and warranty service with vendors.
Ensure secure disposal of obsolete equipment.
