Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT asset management, inventory control, or IT support roles.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• ITIL, CompTIA A+, CITAM or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware and software).
• Coordinate procurement, receiving, deployment, and return of IT equipment.
• Monitor and reconcile asset records with physical inventory and financial systems.
• Track software licenses, ensuring license compliance.
• Manage asset lifecycle from acquisition through disposal.
• Assist with periodic physical audits of IT equipment.
• Generate reports on asset usage, lifecycle status, and compliance.
• Support onboarding/offboarding by provisioning and reclaiming IT equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and warranty service with vendors.
• Ensure secure, environmentally compliant disposal of obsolete equipment.
