The position supports multiple campuses, maintains privacy of PII, and helps drive toward a more efficient, paperless IT environment with robust asset controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years related experience.
• Experience with procurement and budgeting preferred.
• Experience in asset/lifecycle management is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• IT Asset Management: research best products for purchase.
• Arrange manufacturer buy backs and annual IT asset sale where applicable.
• Maintain asset records and generate lifecycle reports.
• Audit campus assets annually and ensure accurate inventories.
• Record assets in database and tag items for tracking.
• Coordinate asset transfers to campuses or remote staff.
• Ensure warranties are tracked and expiring items are noted.
• Move toward a more paperless IT environment and streamline provisioning.
