Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an Asset Administrator to support the administration and tracking of enterprise technology assets in our Austin office. You will help maintain inventory records for hardware, software, mobile devices, and telecom assets, ensuring accurate provisioning and lifecycle documentation.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in asset/inventory management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in asset management, inventory management, finance operations, or related administrative functions required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining inventory records for hardware, software, mobile devices, and telecom assets.
• Support asset tagging, tracking, and deployment documentation for devices and telecom services.
• Assist with reconciliation of asset assignments and lifecycle status changes.
• Support telecom billing validation and asset documentation processes.
• Support secure device retirement, SIM deactivation, and asset disposal documentation.
• Maintain asset records within CMDB and tracking tools for hardware and mobility assets; collaborate with Service Delivery and Procurement teams.
