DMI, LLC is seeking a Jr. IT Asset Management Specialist to join our Atlanta, GA team. This role focuses on tracking IT assets, maintaining accurate inventories, and supporting license compliance across hardware, software, and peripherals.

You will assist with asset-related audits, procurement support, and data reporting, collaborating with IT teams to ensure proper tagging and lifecycle management of assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field with 0–2 years of experience.
• High School Diploma with 6–8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and maintaining IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Support asset inventory updates by logging acquisitions, disposals, and transfers.
• Perform basic audits to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate deployment and retrieval of IT equipment for employees and projects.
• Assist with software license tracking and compliance reporting.
• Respond to asset-related service requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation of asset records, ownership changes and warranty details.
• Support procurement by obtaining quotes and processing asset-related orders.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper tagging and labeling of assets.
• Generate reports on IT asset inventory and assist in data analysis.
