Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT asset management or IT operations experience.
• Experience with ITAM tools and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with software license compliance and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets.
• Track full lifecycle from procurement to retirement and disposal.
• Coordinate hardware procurement in collaboration with IT leadership and finance.
• Process and document equipment assignments, transfers, and returns.
