Job summary

Sprout in Garland, TX is seeking an ITAD Operator to identify, sort, reconcile, and de-manufacture IT assets in line with our environmental standards. You will handle materials, keep workstations organized, and perform de-manufacturing to extract parts for recycling.

Basic IT asset handling and tool use are required. Applicants should have a high school diploma, be able to lift 50 pounds, and be willing to work overtime including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Basic arithmetic skills required for calculations.
• Experience with hand tools such as drills and pliers preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when needed.
• Adaptable to changing tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with basic IT asset handling and de-manufacturing.
• Strong teamwork to meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, sort, reconcile, and de-manufacture IT assets according to procedures.
• Safely transport materials and maintain organized stock areas.
• Disassemble assets for recycling or disposal as part of processing.
• Adhere to operational procedures and safety/security protocols.
