Job summary

Sprout is seeking ITAD Operators to identify, sort, and de-manufacture IT assets per Sprout’s standards. You'll safely handle materials, keep stock organized, and ensure data security compliance in a warehouse environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 pounds, basic tool proficiency, and willingness to work overtime including weekends as needed. Strong teamwork and adaptability are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Experience with basic IT asset handling and de-manufacturing helpful.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Product Identification: Recognize and categorize IT assets.
• Material Handling: Safely transport materials on site.
• Organizing Stock: Keep workstations organized.
• De-Manufacturing: Disassemble assets for recycling or disposal.
• Adherence to Operational Procedures.
• Safety and Security Compliance: data security procedures.
• Mastery of product identification and sorting accuracy.
• Mastery of the de-manufacturing process.
• Proficiency with tools used in ITAD processing.
