Job summary

Sproutup is seeking ITAD Operators to identify, sort, and de-manufacture IT assets in a compliant facility. You will manage stock, perform material handling, and ensure accurate record-keeping in ERP systems while adhering to safety and data security standards.

Overtime, weekend work, and flexibility are required as part of a fast-paced operations team focused on responsible recycling and efficient asset disposition.

Qualifications

• Proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English.
• Able to type 40 words per minute.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic.
• Experience with hand tools (power drill, pliers, etc.).
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
• Adaptability to changing tasks and expectations.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in ITAD or reverse logistics.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management and advanced handling techniques.
• Demonstrated skill in process improvement and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Identify and categorize IT assets and consumer electronics.
• Safely transport materials across the site.
• Keep workstations and stock areas organized.
• Disassemble IT assets into parts for recycling or disposal.
• Follow all safety protocols and data security procedures (R2v3, ISO 27001).
• Record actions and materials in ERP system with scan guns and manual entries.
• Advance through stock organization and material recovery tasks.
