Job summary

Duquesne Light Company, headquartered in downtown Pittsburgh, is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst for IT Asset & Data Center Management to own asset inventory, CMDB data, and data center documentation. This hybrid role requires on-call rotation and strong data quality discipline.

You will manage asset lifecycles, CI relationships, and vendor contracts while coordinating with infrastructure, facilities, and security teams to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB administration, data center operations, or IT infrastructure support.
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or later) and familiarity with ITSM/CMDB tools.

Responsibilities

• Own IT asset inventory, CMDB data, and data center documentation; ensure data quality and audit readiness.
• Coordinate data center activities with infrastructure, facilities, security, and vendors; track assets and lifecycle status.
• Maintain documentation for audits, vendor contracts, and change management.
• Generate reports on inventory accuracy, lifecycle status, and compliance; identify data gaps and remediation steps.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation and support incident triage with asset/CMDB data.
