Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; commensurate experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years of related experience in IT architecture and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the implementation of solutions architecture across the organization based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.
• Define the principles, guidelines, standards and solution patterns to ensure solution decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision.
• Design and direct the governance activities associated with ensuring solutions architecture assurance and compliance.
• Provide consulting support to application analysts within projects to ensure the project is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Participating in project planning sessions for highly complex systems with clients, business analysts, and team members. Advising on system options, risks, cost versus benefits, and impact on the enterprises business processes and goals.
• Overseeing the defining, designing and project scope development for complex projects.
• Reviews buy vs. build decisions and assists in obtaining buy-in from Senior Management.
• Works closely with IT Leadership and enterprise architect to assure all systems are in line with IT long-term strategy.
• Providing architecture recommendations based on long term IT organization strategy. Supports the development of the IT roadmap for assigned business areas.
