Duquesne Light Company in Pittsburgh, PA, seeks a Service Delivery Analyst - Enterprise Monitoring and Event Management Associate III. This role owns day-to-day administration and optimization of enterprise monitoring and event management across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will tune alerts, create dashboards, onboard devices and services, and collaborate with IT teams to improve monitoring and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant monitoring and event management experience.
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or later).
• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, and Prometheus.
• Experience supporting 24/7 operational environments and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Configure monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and reporting.
• Support onboarding of servers, devices, apps, and cloud services.
• Tune alerts to minimize noise and support incident response.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and ITSM teams.
