Job summary

Lightning AI is seeking an on-site/Hybrid Asset & Inventory Administrator to manage asset lifecycles, track parts inventory, and coordinate shipping and receiving. You will work with IT Asset Management to ensure data integrity, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across data centers.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, experience with spreadsheets and ticketing systems, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and comfortable with databases.
• Experience with ticketing systems and independent problem solving.
• Exposure to IT/data-center environments and basic IT hardware knowledge.
• Clear communication in technical environments and strong collaboration.
• Demonstrates ownership for data integrity, system usage, and processes.
• Willingness to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal and ensure data integrity.
• Manage parts inventory, stock levels, and routine audits.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, inbound/outbound shipments, and vendor access.
