Job summary

System One, Hershey, PA, is seeking an IT Asset Analyst on a contract basis (6-12 months) with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on budget administration, invoice processing, procurement, and analysis to support IT operations and strategic decisions.

The candidate will manage day-to-day invoice processing, PO requests, and reporting, while handling IT hardware/software procurement and RFP budgeting tasks. Training is provided, and deadlines are tight.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or telecom industries.
• Proficiency with SAP VIM, Excel, Ariba Procurement & Guided Buying, and ServiceNow.
• Ability to research and learn processes independently within short deadlines.
• Experience managing large budget data sets and invoice management.

• Virtual or side-by-side training with existing staff, including system access and introduction meetings (training duration: 3-5 days).
